Paid services may include:

- Extended duration ads
- Promotional packages
- Creative Services/Digital Marketing Services

4. Platform Nature
AdsAsia is a digital advertising listing platform. We do not:
- Guarantee ad accuracy
- Verify every advertiser
- Act as buyer or seller
- Participate in transactions
All transactions occur directly between users.
5. User Responsibilities
By posting ads, you agree:
- Information provided is accurate
- You have legal right to advertise the product/service
- Content does not violate laws
- Content is not misleading, fraudulent, or harmful
- You will not post illegal services
6. Refund Policy (Important)
Payments for advertising services are:

Refunds may only be issued if:

8. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:

- Weapons
- Drugs
- Adult content

- Fraud schemes
- Hate speech
- Counterfeit products
- Copyright infringement
- Misleading financial offers
Violation may result in permanent ban.

10. Limitation of Liability
AdsAsia is not liable for:

- Business disputes
- Fraudulent users
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for advertising services.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user files an unjustified chargeback:
- Account may be permanently suspended
- Legal recovery may be initiated
- Future access may be restricted
11. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content but grant AdsAsia a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and promote ads.
Website design, branding, and code remain property of AdsAsia.
14. Modifications
We may update Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
